I have just edited my personal website updating the Home Page and the page dedicated to my CV. During next days I will also update my full CV.

The works on the Philospace and Talia projects are continuing. Both projects are part of the Discovery european project. At the end of the last month (October 2008) a new version of Philospace, including a lot of improvements, has been released. During the last month, the new website of the Agenzia Immobiliare Caporalini has been completely activated.
Moreover, in these days, I’m very busy in writing my PhD final thesis which I think to finish during this week so to start the review process.

Few months ago, the Stanford University started a new course dedicated to the development of applications for iPhone, using Cocoa Touch. In these days, the same university publicly released the PDF documents about this new course. To follow te course it is necessary to have a Intel-based Mac with the iPhone SDK installed.

By a news published on AppleBlog and then published on many other webportals/blogs related to the Apple world, I have just noticed that IBM has released an interesting PDF guide about developing iPhone applications on Windows and Linux, using tools like Eclipse and Cygwin.

Ieri è stato ufficialmente rilasciato su AppStore, Fring, nota applicazione per dispositivi Mobile che permette di usare numerosi protocolli di Instant Messaging (IM) come ad esempio: MSN, ICQ, etc. Fring, inoltre, permette di effettuare chiamate VoIP attraverso la rete wireless utilizzando Skype o qualsiasi altro provider SIP, purchè abbiate credito disponibile. La nuova versione di Fring è compatibile sia con iPhone 2G che con i nuovi iPhone 3G. Da notare che Fring è un’applicazione completamente gratuita.
